BDI does not provide refunds under normal circumstances. However, if a donor accidentally submitted a contribution more than once or submitted the wrong amount or in error, please contact us to let us know the issue immediately and as much detail as possible about the donation, we will do our very best to address it immediately.

Please understand that we will not be able to refund any contributions if the product or cash amount has already been sent to the beneficiaries or the project which it was donated to.

This means that we can only refund a contribution if it was made to a need that has not yet ended or that has not yet met its funding goal. If a donor requests a refund after the need has already ended we will not be able to provide a refund.
