Big Dreams Inc. (BDI), and The International Medical & Dental Relief (IMR), both nonprofit organizations from the U.S, offered free medical and dental relief to over 4,180 Gambians from September 14-22, 2018 in Sika, Pakau Njogu and Medina Sedia villages in northern Region of the Gambia.
The services lasted three days.
They extended to Sanyang and Bondali villages in the West Coast Region II.
